Our e governance center is providing various facilities under one roof serving good. However, in our opinion it needs some amendments particularly in tax and registration section for ease of governance mentioned below,
 UNAWARE FOR PROCEDURE KNOW HOW: Here most of the procedures involve two to three step from different counters and to know such procedures one has to inquire either from other public present there or from staff. Sometimes some person due to lack of knowledge of proceeding they are redirected to other counter for other formalities first, while they are in queue to deposit their document unnecessarily delay their process along with wastage of time.
 RANDOM GATHERING IN FRONT OF COUNTER:
Currently here documents in particular counters are submitted in a manner that the dealing hand person takes files of public randomly and calls them systematically. However it has been seen that even after submitting the files public remain standing in front of the counter waiting for their turn which creates following problems:
