Rakesh Prajapti on 10th January regarding some administrative & social issue and submit the memorandum in this regard and get positive assure for prompt action more or less as possible in this regard. We smiksha.com is newly launched online-analytical,suggestive motivational and public-spirited platform with solo mission to’’ ADD VALUE TO SOCIETY ‘’. We want to discuss some issue mentIoned below :
 AMENDMENT IN E.GOVERNANCE CENTER – Regarding this issue we already sent email to your office on 26.11 2017 & on 08.12.2017.Here we see that particularly at taxation & registration counter involve some problem for general public in regard to know procedure for any proceeding to follow (as most of the procedure involve 3-4 steps to complete from different counter) For such procedure detail one has to inquire either from office employe/from other public there.Even some time some person are redirected to other counter while they are in que since long to submit their documents unnecessarily involve wastage of their time. So to overcome this inconvenience to general public either,
[A] WORKING OF RECEPTIONIST COUNTER should restart who can guide public for procedure for any proceeding to follow. OR
[B] ESTABLISH AN GUIDE MAP at some prominent place depicts all the steps to follow with counter number & room number to follow for any particular procedure also showing maximum number of days within which the corresponding documents are ready to deliver.
[C] NON QUEUE ARRANGEMENT– Due to lack of token system and security person there is a random crowd in front of counters where public submit their documents and call systematically turn by turn. However it has been seen that even after depositing their documents public didn’t leave the counters and wait there for their turn which unnecessarily creates crowd and access to a new person to submit his documents or to get any inquiry become difficult. Moreover there is no separate queue for women, senior citizens. So kindly start earlier followed token system, display board and service of security person like home guard at least in peak hour i.e. 10 am-1 pm for proper queue arrangement.
 ESTABLISH ZEBRA CROSSING NEAR BUS STAND WITH GAUTAM HOTEL
It has been observed that on this place there is heavy crowd who crosses the road including school children, students, elders, old age, women etc and they have to cross the road during traffic mostly with lot of fear and hurry. Moreover most of the public crosses the road from many places even to reach same destiny.so kindly look in this matter to get rid of fear for general public by making zebra crossing there so that citizen can avail the priority to right of way to pedestrians.
 INSUFFICIENT USE OF RED CROSS OLD CLOTH BANK (In DC Office)
It has been observed that currently this cloth bank is full of cloth even some of the donor go back seeing its current no use. At our level we sent some of the needy to avail this facility. So kindly look into matter with multiple possibility to avail its uses to needy one otherwise this store stock of clothes deteriorating day by day & this issue of social welfare losses its mission.
