Necessary information may be shared with hosting and database providers, delivery partners, Razorpay and authorities where required. Razorpay processes payment details entered in its checkout. Smiksha uses payment references and status for reconciliation.

The website uses session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for cart and checkout state. The Android app stores cart state locally and uses secure device storage for session credentials.
