Using Smiksha
These terms apply to smiksha.com and the Smiksha customer app. Use accurate account and delivery information, keep your login secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Products and orders
Product pages describe the items offered. Prices are in INR. Review the final price, applicable tax and shipping charges before continuing. A pending order records your request. Acceptance depends on availability and payment verification.
Payments and retries
Razorpay is the only checkout payment gateway. Where checkout shows Test Mode, test payments do not result in fulfilment. The Android checkout preview does not place orders or take payments. If a payment fails or its status is unclear, check My Orders before retrying. Retry only when the order offers that option.
Cancellations and rights
Contact support promptly to request cancellation. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for how requests are handled. Indian law applies, including applicable consumer protection rights.
